Power lines are a hidden danger for monkeys, sloths and other wildlife in Costa Rica's Southern Caribbean. Since 2017, we have worked with ICE and MINAE to prevent electrocutions, insulating 9.4 km of power lines and 41 transformers and installing 17 canopy crossings. But many dangerous points remain.
