As you may know, four main monkey species live in Costa Rica: the howler monkey (Alouatta palliata), the white-faced capuchin (Cebus capucinus), the squirrel monkey (Saimiri oerstedii), and the Geoffroy's spider monkey (Ateles geoffroyi).
