The JRC team responded quickly after authorities confiscated 10 green sea turtles and 138 eggs from poachers in Limón. The turtles were treated for injuries, including wounds from being tied and harpoon damage, and are now under the care of the veterinary team.

On June 29 this Hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) was brought to the JRC from Cieneguita. This turtle was confiscated by the coast guards, who also helped to transport it to the JRC.

UPDATE: Sansa´s EYE SURGERY
